Kelly Osbourne really, really loves her new pal Miley Cyrus!

A day after angrily defending her So Undercover costar against “the haters,” Osbourne, 26, dressed up as Cyrus, 18.

In a TwitPic posted late Wednesday, Osbourne donned a wig matching Cyrus flowing brown-and-blond locks; the real Cyrus (wearing short-shorts and a t-shirt) stood as both young women made the peace sign.

“I’m just being Miley!” Osbourne’s caption read.

On Tuesday, Osbourne lashed out at Cyrus’ harshest critics, who lambasted the Disney star for a recent bong-smoking video and other antics.

“Miley and I have become really close,” Osbourne wrote. “I’m sick of all the haters judging her…This really makes me mad. Miley is one of the most hard working respectful women I have ever worked with, I am learning a lot from her!”

The rumor that was going around saying that Demi was going to in be Avengers is not true.

Sources inside Lovato’s camp as well as Marvel’s, however, said there was no truth to the rumor, denying across the board Lovato’s involvement. Part of the problem in hiring the actress is that she’s currently in rehab “for emotional and physical issues.”

Demi Lovato has reached a settlement with the dancer she struck while on tour in South America with the Jonas Brothers, sources said Friday.

The Disney Channel star, 18, allegedly punched Alex Welch, 21, after tour managers confronted Lovato about her behavior on the tour.

Donald Karpel, who represents Welch, told Access Hollywood, “There is a settlement and all of the issues have been amicably and completely resolved.”

“I’m happy. We came to an agreement and I’m ready to move on,” Welch told People. “I’m ready to start working again,” she continued.

The specific terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but Welch said part of the settlement would be donated to charity.

Lovato has been in treatment to address emotional and physical issues since November.

The settlement was first reported by People on Friday.

Miley Cyrus has promised her fans that she is working on “new ideas” for 2011.

In a video posted on her MileyWorld website on Christmas Eve, the ‘Can’t Be Tamed’ singer revealed that she is planning for a busy new year.

“I’m really looking forward to 2011,” she said.

The star continued: “I’ve got some new ideas, I want to go on some cool trips, I want to travel, I want to make this the year that I go out and do what I’m here to do, and that’s to help people and make people happy.”

The popstar, who recorded the message alongside 10-year-old sister Noah, also hinted that she might launch a tour next year in order to “come see [her] fans”.

It was previously reported that Miley spent the Christmas holiday performing karaoke with Noah.

In the spirit of Christmas, Miley Cyrus has sent her best wishes to her fans. In a video posted on her official fan club site MileyWorld.com, she is featured with her sister Noah Cyrus and says, “I just wanna tell you guys have an awesome Christmas and a very happy new year. I’m really looking forward to 2011.”

She says she wants to travel a lot during the coming year. Further sharing her plans, she adds, “I want to make this the year that I go out and do what I’m here to do, and that’s to help people and make people happy.”

The 18-year-old singer/actress spends her holiday with family, and her big sister Brandi Cyrus has revealed that Miley sang karaoke with Noah. “Miley and noah are currently singing ‘can’t be tamed’ on noah’s new karaoke machine. it’s pretty hilarious,” the 23-year-old Cyrus girl tweeted on December 26. She went on teasing, “my Mom is videoing … maybe if you’re lucky i’ll snag it and upload.”

Beside having fun with her sisters, Miley might also bond with his father who is currently in a divorce process with her mother. A source tells People that Billy Ray Cyrus spent some quality time with his children over the Christmas holidays at his 500-acre farm outside of Nashville, Tennessee.
